Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive significantly damaged or defective. Please note that characteristics consistent with the product’s intended design, material, or finish are not considered defects.

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may be deducted from the approved refund amount.
